You can train anytime from 11am to 4pm

For ages 13-16.
Must be signed up by parent online.
Requires a full induction.
Show up in proper gym wear and footwear.
Train on the gym floor 3pm-6pm or 7pm -9pm.
Remember to follow all health and safety guidelines.
